This week, LeverUp V2 went live. After a preview the week before, the team shipped the complete rebuild of the trading experience on August 2 — a new interface, smarter position management, gasless one-click actions, and passkey-based account access through Mera.

Here's everything.

Protocol Updates

LeverUp V2 Is Officially Live 🚀

LeverUp V2 launched on August 2, following a roughly 4-hour maintenance window during which trading was paused while the upgrade was deployed. Funds and open positions remained untouched throughout.

Brand-New UI — A fully redesigned interface with cleaner layouts, streamlined trading flows, and TP/SL built directly into the order ticket.

Merged Positions — Repeated entries into the same market consolidate into one position at a weighted average price, instead of fragmenting across multiple tickets.

Multiple TP/SL — Attach several independent take-profit and stop-loss orders to a single position, enabling scaled exits and laddered risk management.

1-Click Trading V2 — Gasless limit orders, margin adjustments, and batch close, bringing most trading actions down to a single click.

Agent Wallet — Delegated signing with revocable, trade-only permissions. Funds stay in the user's wallet throughout.

Mera Passkey Accounts — LeverUp V2 is among the first integrations to support Mera, Category Labs' passkey account system, bringing streamlined onboarding and cross-device access to a self-custodial account — paired with gasless 1-Click Trading.

Flexible Collateral Across Markets — Supported tokens can be posted as margin across markets, with margin addable or removable from open positions.

Co-founders on X

Yorick posted the upgrade window announcement ahead of the Aug 2 launch, then confirmed trading had resumed once the migration completed.

Alex previewed the Mera passkey integration on Jul 31, then walked through the goal behind V2 on launch day: using Monad's performance to make onchain perps trading feel faster and smoother, with wallet confirmations removed from the everyday trading flow.

Both co-founders also shared a longer-form piece on X, "Why We Built V2," covering the thinking, challenges, and vision behind the rebuild — worth a read for the full context behind this release.
